Construction Process
Shot blasting to Sa2.5 grade, roughness 40-70 μm.
Use a shot blasting machine to treat the concrete surface, removing laitance and weak layers to create a uniform rough texture. After vacuum cleaning, apply a primer.
Roll-applied epoxy penetrating primer to seal the substrate.
Apply 0.15-0.2 kg/m² to achieve a penetration depth of ≥2mm. Allow to dry for 12-24 hours until touch-dry.
Mix components A and B in the specified ratio, then let cure for 10 minutes.
Mix with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until the color is uniform. Let it rest and cure for 10 minutes before use. Must be used within 40 minutes.
Apply with a trowel, controlling thickness to 0.3-{1.5}mm.
Apply in two coats: first, press the material firmly into the substrate; second, smooth the surface. Coverage: 0.15-0.2 kg/m². Drying time between coats: 12-24 hours.
Maintain sealed curing for at least 72 hours.
Do not allow personnel entry for 24 hours after application. Avoid heavy loads for 72 hours. Full curing and optimal performance are achieved in 7 days.
Important Notes
Construction Safety and Quality Control
- Use within the specified validity period.
